Dave Donegan retired as president of Sinclair Oil & Gas Company in 2023.  He has a long history in all aspects of crude oil and natural gas exploration, production, and midstream operations.  He has a BA degree in Environmental Studies and Geology, an MS degree in Marine Geology, and an MBA with a focus in Finance.
