John Andrews has practiced western natural resources and public lands law for over 40 years, most recently as a partner with Snell & Wilmer, LLP. From 1996 through 2018, John was the chief legal counsel for the School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration, where he provided legal and strategic support for the growth of Utah's trust lands endowments.
